SPARK Awards

The Professional Electrical Contractors of Connecticut (PEC) created an employee recognition awards program called Spark. Each month, employees can nominate their peers in one of five categories that correlate with the firm’s core values. Winners, as well as their nominators, receive cash awards, and a “SPARK of the Year” is selected annually. Clockwork helped create components for a successful program launch including the logo set, an announcement video to generate excitement and encourage nominations, a flyer/FAQ sheet, as well as certificates, stickers, and lapel pins.
